Jewish Yellow Plus has only been around for a few short months, but from the very beginning it was clear that it would be something different. The goal was never strictly about business, as was well understood by our first advertiser, Ofra Flowers in Beit Shemesh, Israel. This was also understood by the De Maria Pharmacy in Montivideo, Uruguay and by London Digital PR in England. The goal was always first and foremost about Jewish presence, about Jews getting to know each other globally on a different level than before.
Of course, in this exceedingly short time, Jewish Yellow Plus has managed to outrank all other Jewish directories or Jewish yellow page schemes, or other Jewish online advertising sites, having entered already into the prestigious top million WEB sites and still rising daily. Many of our advertisers already have first page Google search results coming from general searches, such as 'tefillin mezuzot allenby' if you are seeking a store for religious objects in central tel aviv or from specific searches, such as 'avital lang' if you know the name of this talented Jewish Canadian artist and are looking to contact her.
So, beyond the fact that no other advertising site gives so much (bilingual text, link to business or organization WEB site, unlimited picture and video space, advertiser control of editing and changing advertisement at will and more), as a method for increasing customer awareness Jewish Yellow Plus is continually growing, with at least 100,000 hits a month. Still, this is not the entire story. Our advertisers, Jews from diverse backgrounds and customs, all believe in one thing – to be part of a growing international effort of mutual support and interaction, to be out there for other Jews to get to know about and to find. This is the dream of Jewish Yellow Plus. We thank our advertisers for understanding this and we are happy for their PR gains as well.
